We operate on an Ex-Works / FOB Istanbul basis: once your order is produced, individually polybagged, and boxed, we hand it directly over to your designated carrier or forwarder in Istanbul, alongside all necessary export documentation and invoices for smooth transit.

We pride ourselves on supporting small businesses and startups. While MOQs vary depending on the complexity of the design, but normally our min. MOQ is 100 pieces per style/colorway.

Absolutely. We believe in “seeing and touching” the quality first. Samples are €130 for T-shirts and €180 for hoodies/sweatshirts, which is 100% deductible from your final bulk order invoice upon approval.

Lead times generally depend on the order volume and design complexity. Once the sample is approved (usually in 2-3 weeks) and the deposit is received, we will provide a specific production timeline, usually ranging from 3 to 5 weeks.
