The Problem

Generic Workwear That Fails Your Team

Off-the-shelf workwear compromises on colour, fit and construction. It fades after a few washes, the branding peels, and your team ends up looking anything but professional.

  • Nearest-available colours that don't match your brand
  • Printed logos that crack and peel after industrial washing
  • Generic fits not suited to physical roles
  • No utility features for the actual job being done
  • Reorders that don't match the original batch
Our Approach

Workwear Built Around Your Operation

We design around your team's daily reality — the roles they perform, the conditions they work in, and the brand standards you need to uphold.

  • Pantone-matched custom colour dyeing, swatch-approved
  • Embroidery branding rated for industrial laundering
  • Utility features specified to your workflow
  • Safety-rated garments where your industry demands it
  • Spec stored for consistent reorders every time

We Build In What Your Team Actually Needs

Off-the-shelf workwear compromises. We start from your team's daily reality — the tools they carry, the movements they repeat, the hazards they face — and build the garment around that.

Every utility feature is specified in a detailed brief and confirmed before production begins. Nothing is assumed.

Reinforced Panels

Double-layered knees, elbows and seat for physical roles. Extends working life significantly.

Custom Pocketing

Pen pockets, tool loops, hidden zip pockets and ID-badge holders specified to your workflow.

Safety Compliance

EN-rated fabrics, hi-vis tape placement, flame-retardant and anti-static treatments.

Comfort Engineering

Articulated knees, gusset crotch, stretch panels and underarm venting for all-day wear.

Hygiene Finishes

Stain-release, anti-bacterial and HACCP-compliant fabric treatments for food and healthcare.

Layering Systems

Coordinated base, mid and outer layers — consistent branding across every piece in the set.

Branding That Survives the Job
🪡
Embroidery

The gold standard for workwear. Survives hundreds of industrial washes without fading, cracking or peeling. Recommended for all chest logos.

🔖
Woven Patches

High-detail brand patches heat-bonded or sewn to jackets. Professional finish that reads as premium — not printed.

🔆
Industrial Heat Transfer

Rated for 60°C commercial washing. Used for secondary positions and back prints where embroidery isn't practical.

🏷️
Custom Woven Labels

Your logo, care instructions and size. Replaces the manufacturer label entirely — your brand end to end.

We recommend the right branding method for your specific garment and washing frequency.
Pantone Colour Matching

Your Brand Colour. On the Fabric. Exactly.

Generic workwear suppliers offer a colour chart. We offer your colour. Pantone-matched dyeing means your team wears the precise shade from your brand guidelines — not the closest available option.

A physical colour swatch is produced and approved before any full production run begins. No surprises on delivery day.

Any Pantone reference. Physical swatch dispatched for approval before full production.

🎨
Pantone-Referenced Dyeing

Provide your Pantone code and we match it across poly-cotton, 100% cotton and technical fabrics.

🔬
Physical Swatch Approval

A fabric swatch in your matched colour is dispatched before production. You approve it — then we manufacture.

📁
Dye Records Stored for Reorders

Your colour specification is held on file. Every reorder matches the original batch exactly.

🏢
Department Colour-Coding

Different colours for different roles or teams — all managed under a single account with consistent branding across every variant.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions from Operations & Procurement Teams

The specifics that matter when you're outfitting a team rather than ordering one-off pieces.

What is the minimum order quantity for custom workwear?+

Our minimum order is 100 pieces per style and colour. For organisations ordering multiple garment types — for example polo shirts and fleece jackets — each product line requires a minimum of 100 units. Mixed sizing within an order is standard.

Can you match our exact brand colour in the fabric?+

Yes. We offer Pantone-referenced custom colour dyeing across most fabric types. A physical colour swatch is produced and dispatched to you for approval before any full production run begins. Your dye reference is then stored against your account for consistent reorders.

What branding methods survive frequent industrial washing?+

For workwear washed regularly at high temperatures, we recommend embroidery as the primary branding method — rated for hundreds of industrial washes. For secondary print positions, we use industrial-grade heat-seal transfers rated for 60°C commercial laundering.

Do you produce workwear compliant with safety standards?+

Yes. We produce hi-visibility garments compliant with EN ISO 20471, and can source flame-retardant and anti-static fabrics where required. For food-service and healthcare environments, we use HACCP-compliant fabrics. Please specify your industry requirements at briefing stage so we can confirm compliance before quoting.

Can we add utility features like extra pockets or reinforced panels?+

Yes — this is a core part of our workwear service. Pen pockets, tool loops, reinforced knee and elbow panels, ID-badge holders and hidden zip pockets can all be specified during the design stage. Each feature is confirmed in a tech pack before production begins.

How do reorders work once the initial spec is established?+

We store your full specification — fabric grade, colour reference, construction details and design files — indefinitely. Reorders require no new briefing, no colour approval and no sampling round. Lead times for reorders are shorter once the spec is established and will be confirmed when you get in touch.

Can you colour-code garments for different departments or roles?+

Yes. We commonly produce the same garment style in multiple brand-matched colours for different teams, roles or seniority levels — all managed under a single account. This is standard practice for hospitality, healthcare and logistics operators.

Which countries do you ship workwear to?+

We ship to all EU and EEA countries plus the UK and Switzerland via tracked courier, typically 3–5 business days from dispatch. For larger orders, freight shipping is also available — we will recommend the most cost-effective option for your volume.
