What is the minimum order quantity for event merchandise?+

Our minimum order is 100 pieces per design. For mixed product orders combining tees, hoodies and caps, each product type requires a minimum of 100 units. Mixed sizing within a product line is standard.

How long does production take for branded event clothing?+

Sample production takes 1–2 weeks. Full production runs typically take 3–4 weeks from design approval to dispatch. Exact timelines depend on the order and are confirmed during our initial conversation.

Is the design service included or does it cost extra?+

Included. Our in-house design team works with you at no additional charge. We create event-specific artwork, typography-led designs and wearable concepts — going beyond a simple logo placement. You receive 2–3 initial directions with full revisions until you're happy.

Which countries do you ship event merchandise to?+

We ship to all EU and EEA countries plus the UK and Switzerland via tracked courier. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days after dispatch from Turkey. We can also quote for other destinations on request.

What printing and decoration methods do you use?+

We offer screen printing, DTG (direct-to-garment), embroidery and heat transfer. The best method depends on your design, fabric and quantity — we always recommend the right technique for your specific brief.

Can I see a sample before committing to full production?+

Yes. Pre-production samples are available before your full run — we strongly recommend them for first orders or new design approaches. Sample details and timelines are discussed during your initial consultation.
