Stirrup leggings are a technical garment. The fabric has to stretch in four directions and recover without bagging at the knee. The seams have to lie flat enough to sit under a boot or against a reformer for an hour. The waistband has to hold without rolling. Get any of those wrong and the customer notices on the first wear.
Why It Matters
Activewear exposes a manufacturer faster than any other category. A cotton tee forgives a lot; a stretch legging forgives nothing — the fit shows every pattern error, and the fabric shows every sourcing shortcut.

What are stirrup leggings?
Stirrup leggings have a loop of fabric that passes under the arch of the foot. The loop anchors the leg so the hem stays down — it doesn’t ride up at the ankle when worn with boots, or bunch during yoga, pilates, barre or gymnastics.
Can you manufacture leggings and activewear, not just t-shirts and hoodies?
Yes. We produce technical activewear including leggings, stirrup leggings, bike shorts and bodysuits, with four-way stretch fabric, flatlock seams and performance finishing.
What is the minimum order for custom leggings?

What fabrics do you use for leggings?
Four-way stretch knits selected for recovery as well as stretch — typically nylon or polyester blended with elastane. We source to your specification and send fabric options at the quote stage.
Can you add our brand label to leggings?
Yes. Custom woven or printed waistband branding, neck labels, care and size tags, hangtags and branded packaging are all available. Nothing on the finished garment identifies us as the manufacturer.
How long does production take?
Around 3–5 weeks after sample approval, or 6–8 weeks from first brief to a packed order, including design and sampling.
